Did you try rebuilding?
Also, delete bin and obj folders.

If that doesn't work, take alook at the code around the error line as
suggested by the compiler. Look for any constructs that you don't use
often(or ever), perhaps overly complicated loops or event handlers or what
have you. Chances are a few code chances will fix the problem, however if
you can identify what causes it and produce a short program that exhibits
the answer, please post that here so that the chances of the compiler team
seeing it and determining what went wrong are increased.

If you have any specific questions, go ahead and repost, but without source
code there is nothing specific anyone can do to help you. ICE's are a
particularly nasty beast when they hit for reasons other than things like
Miha suggested.

Agreed - I've solved them a few times by simply re-working the syntax of the
code in the problem areas. But it's definately a trial and error process.
