Adding Picture field to Active Directory Users and Computers Snapin

Trying to add a picture field to one of the tabs in MS Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in.

Has anyone seen this done? Is it possible? I have found a Technet reference that adds a salary and SS# to the schema. I have followed the outline, modifying the schema and executing the three (3) VBScripts. The thing works and does what it is supposed to. Can this be modified to incorporate a picture field in the LDAP datatbase?

As a side-line, we would then like to use this picture field later to retrieve pictures for a web based search using asp or php for a web site under development.
