In my table I imported from .txt, one of my columns has blank spaces.
The column is as follows, how do I eliminate the blank spaces in between the
second and third, and fifth and sixth digits?
12 345 6789
78 241 5869
04 258 3695
14 254 1136
00 045 0285
My whole column is formatted this way.

**TRY THIS ON A COPY OF YOUR TABLE FIRST!!**
Highlight the column that contains your data with spaces. In the Edit
menu, choose Replace. For the "Find What", enter a space. Leave the
"Replace With" field blank. Make sure the "Match Whole Field" is NOT
checked, and the "Search Only Current Field" IS checked. Click the
"Replace All" button, and voila!
HTH,
Jana
Jana, Thanx it worked... r, Shae
