My Computer Very Slow !!!

Hello, When I format my pc, the pc is good.
But when I install my useful programs (Many Programs) the computer be slow.
So I till to myself cause of many program, then I come to delete many of the programs, but the pc still slow.
So I clean cookies, unread files by A program (SuperCleaner), but it still slow.
I have no time to everytime format the pc, and the programs I use them 2much.
Anyone Can help me.

A slow computer is often cuase be too little memory.

Please tell us the configuration of your system (OS version, memory size, disk size, etc) and we'll see if we can't get you up to speed.

Windows XP Home Edition 2002
Service Pack 2
Pentium 4 CPU 3.06GHz
448 MB of RAM
Commit Charge 1056M.

I open TaskManager then click processes tab then I see in the down "Commit Charge", my computer oftern be:
Commit Charge: 650M / 1056M

It looks like you have some monster-sized program running. I'd be interested to know what those numbers are with ALL applications closed.

448MB is a strange number, but let's look at the math:
Commit Charge: 650M / 1056M means that you are using 650MB out of 1056MB. 448MB of physical memory is not big enough to hold 650MB of data, so the system is "page swapping" memory onto your disk. That's what is slowing things down. If you regularly run with 650MB in memory, you'll want at least 1.5GB of physical memory (but could get by with 1GB). If this is an older machine with a Pentium3 CPU, you may not be able to go as large as 1GB, so you'll need to check the specs on your computer before you buy more RAM.
