Yes, if image is stored as a BLOB in an Ole field. See this link:

PS: Here is a link to a 3rd party image control for MS Access that improves the ease and efficiency for storing pictures in an MS Access database. A free trial version is available for download.

Along with what PDB has posted, a 3rd party tool called DBPix is also used for this.
