As can be seen by the link you have posted, you had better ask your question in
microsoft.public.platformsdk.com_ole, or probably in
microsoft.public.vc.language (which is more active).

Note that you are OT in this newsgroup. Some people regard it as equally
impolite to answer to a posting that is OT (if the answer contains anything else
but a rebuke :-)

Google yields tons of pages when search for "safearray" and "tutorial". What
particular question do you have? (but please ask it in the right newsgroup)
