Specs :
AMDOCS CRM (Clarify 13.x) hands on experience.
Oracle experience is must
Unix experience is must
Telecom background knowledge, but not essential.
Experience in BT project most welcome, but not essential.
Experience in 21 CN projects, but not essential.
Second line support and resposible for the availability and stability of the production environment.
Also deployment and problem resolution.
