.NET and J2EE Interoperabili

I have a problem maybe you can help me.
Generally speaking, it's an interoperability issue. We have an open source portal (Exo) which all its applications/services are built in. but these services are not enough and the company I work for wants me to write more web services. The problem is that I don't know java and want to develop components in C#.Net.
