There's not been one since around Firefox 1.5. Even Firefox 2 doesn't have one. See this link.

and hopefully there will be none in the future :) ... first it is just for windows ... so in case someone needs it then just use IE ... second ActiveX has some heavy security issues ... so such proprietary/unsafe things shouldn't be adopted by standards compliant browsers ... but that's just my personal opinion :)

True. The question to ask yourself is why you need it. If it's for video/audio, this link may help as an alternative.
