DB2 Stored Procedure Refresh

Hi, I'm new to this site. I would like to refresh the DB2 WLM using JCL.
How do I do that ?

Currently I use the following command in IOF command line; but I want to submit a jo instead. Thanks.

I forgot to put the command:

#VARY WLM,APPLENV=WLMDEVL,REFRESH
