soft key Problem

Hi guys, I am new to this Mobile Developing. In my prroject one of my requirement is top create a soft key in mobile browser through ECMA Script MP. any one having a demo or example means please share it will be very helpful for me to develop my project. Any suggestions or website link will also be helpful for me. Thanks in Advance
